from our team members
-
“The people on this team are people first, professionals second. The bond between team matters. Providing effective therapy is hard, and so the measures in place to help the practitioner are mandatory and not ‘perks’.”
-
“In previous roles I had felt unsupported, and in some cases, discouraged, from seeking training opportunities and voicing my ideas for program development. The Broadleaf Health team is committed to delivering high quality service and to participating in ongoing professional development.”
-
“I joined this team because it allowed me to help people in a way that would actually help! I wanted to practice evidence-based therapy with the support and knowledge of colleagues who were skilled, and also wanted to deliver services to vulnerable people in a way that would actually make a difference.”
